ph768 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ph768 website at ph768.cam, including all subdomains, mobile browser versions, and any software applications operated by ph768.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the ph768 Platform.
• "Player Funds" means any real-money balance credited to a User's ph768 Account, whether deposited directly or credited as withdrawable bonus funds.

• Not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active Account on the ph768 Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph768 reserves the right to immediately close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful personal information at the time of Account registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the duration of your Account. ph768 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided. The provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 KYC Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (AMLA), ph768 is obligated to verify the identity of all Account holders. You agree to provide, upon request, a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, or driver's license) and any additional documentation that ph768 or PAGCOR may require. ph768 may suspend withdrawal rights pending completion of KYC verification.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph768 Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. ph768 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify ph768 immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your Account.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph768 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, QR Ph, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, GrabPay, Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC20). The minimum deposit is ₱100. ph768 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Currency

All Player Funds held in ph768 Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific game or promotion.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

7.1 Game Results

All non-live game results on the ph768 Platform are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Live dealer game results are determined by real-world physical outcomes conducted by licensed studios. ph768 does not manipulate, alter, or influence the outcome of any game. Published RTP (Return to Player) rates are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or software error that affects the outcome or integrity of a game, ph768 reserves the right to void all affected Wagers and return the staked amounts to the relevant Accounts. 7.3 Bet Cancellation

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph768 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity, in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or exploit the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain financial advantage;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or abuse of promotional offers across multiple Accounts;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward ph768 staff or other users;
• Attempting to access the Platform's administrative systems, databases, or source code;
• Using a VPN or proxy service to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

ph768 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in violation of this Section and to forfeit all Player Funds held therein to the extent permitted by applicable law and PAGCOR regulations.

9.1 Suspension by ph768

ph768 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ph768 reasonably suspects: (a) a breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity; (c) money laundering or violation of AMLA obligations; (d) failure to complete KYC verification; or (e) at the direction of PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory authority.

9.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your ph768 Account at any time by contacting ph768 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Player Funds balance (net of any outstanding withdrawal conditions) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method. Closure requests for responsible gaming reasons are handled with priority and linked to self-exclusion procedures.

9.3 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure, whether voluntary or enforced, your right to access the ph768 Platform ceases immediately. Outstanding Wagers placed before closure are settled in accordance with these Terms. Any Bonus balance is forfeited upon Account closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph768 shall not be liable for:

Nothing in these Terms limits ph768's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, and monthly limits on deposits;
• Loss Limits — caps on net losses over a defined period;

13.1 Dispute Process

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the ph768 Platform, you agree to first contact ph768 customer support to seek an informal resolution. ph768 will acknowledge all formal disputes within 3 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's complaints resolution process in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable procedures.

13.2 Jurisdiction

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled informally or through PAGCOR's process.

ph768 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Account holders via the email address registered on their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the ph768 Platform. The revised Terms will indicate the effective date of the changes.

Your continued use of the ph768 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 9.2 of these Terms.
